Staging Solutions LLC, established by Karen Lawlor in 2006, was formed to meet the growing needs of home sellers. Karen has a background in real estate that includes home staging, print, and multi-media marketing. Karen also holds a current real estate license and has earned her accreditation in the home staging industry as an Accredited Staging Professional. Karen is also a referral agent with Keller Williams Select Realtors in Ellicott City and works as a real estate consultant to pair buyers and sellers with the perfect sales agent. She can also be found giving staging seminars and trainings to real estate agents and home sellers.

Karen graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Science degree and currently resides in Ellicott City, MD with her husband Jim, daughter Casey and son Shea.
